Who's your Grand Daddy?

So, it's been a few weeks now and I think it's time to fill you all in on what's been occupying my time. I've been traveling for work to present at two different Cendant Hoteliers Conference and Trade Shows (Vegas is fun times, yo... Go there before you die) and I've actually had quite a bit to do to prepare and follow up at the office -which has made my daily msn/coffee/eat/msn/coffee/leave routine change rather drastically. (I've given up SOME of the coffee... The msn will take some time to kick)
One other reason for my lack 'o blog is this little addition to my life...

No, honestly, things have been going really well with Darren and I have a good feeling about it. We get along great, like lots of the same things and I honestly don't know which one of us enjoys talking more! lol The two of us together will likely drive anyone else completely nuts. I'm ancient... he's young... whatever. lol
I know this goes against the plan that was established for the summer..But from what I understand I'm not the only one who's found someone! lol
GILLES, GILLES, GILLES, YOU SLUTTY LITTLE FRENCH WHORE! I love it..You gots yourself an in-house hookup... nicely done. "Take me to the "Top"... er, on the Top floor!"

PS... Sandra, he has a "Sandra" named Sandra too! Creepy. oh, and I'm still laughing about the sneeze. :D

Long Time No Blog

Well, it's been a while since I've added anything to this site, as you've all likely noticed. It's certainly not a result of an overly busy schedule, but mainly a lack of motivation.
Not much that I care to share has gone on since my last posting... 27 continues to bore me. Anxiety about my age is quickly settling in though, and I hope that soon I'll figure out what the hell I'm going to do with the rest of my life. Hopefully I'll find someone worthwhile along the way -not that I've been looking much, but hey, I think it's time again. We'll see how things go I guess.
So, Jody moved into his fab new apartment today. I'm eternally jealous of his newly acquired independence. I'm mainly jealous that I don't get to paint and decorate my own place. He's going to have a blast with all of that. It's still in a great location and it's got the one thing he's been creaming for... a washer/dryer. He'll die a happy 'mo as long as he doesn't wear them out. I miss having my own place a lot. It really makes you realize just how important alone time is. I don't give myself enough of that now. I don't, however, miss where I was when I used to have it. God, that was teh suck fo sho. The boys are always fun to hang with, but I need to rest this bag of bones once in a while! This bitch is OLD.
So, Las Vegas was fun. Hot weather, drinks and plenty of eye candy made for a quick but pleasant escape from the cold, foggy and wet weather here. I'll be heading back down again on the 11th, so hopefully we'll get some nice days between now and then and I'll be able to get some sun here too! Bring on the BBQ's and bonfires boys!
