I hope I never have to read these again...

I was recently prompted to haul out the ever-popular "He's just not that into you" daily wake-up call. I thought maybe I'd have some sort of revelation about the current situation. I still don't know if I'm going to get it, but I THINK things are back on track. In the event that a pattern emerges again, I've listed a few key points to keep in mind...

- A man would rather be trampled by elephants on fire than tell you that he's not that into you.

-Don't use the "Maybe he forgot to remember me" excuse: Have faith. You made an impression. Leave it at that. If he likes you he'll remember to call. You're worth it.

-If you don't know where the relationship is going, it's okay to pull over and ask.

-Don't spend your time on and give your heart to any guy who makes you wonder about anything related to his feelings for you.

-He might be lying in the hospital with amnesia, but most likely he's just not that into you.

-Your lost self-esteem may take longer to find than a new boyfriend, so prioritize accordingly.

-Don't make yourself too available.

If only they were as easy to accept as they were to write.
